Can't stand Sky myself, but their fans are entitled to gloat after all that's been said on this forum. Be reasonable.

Why not give him the stage and let him take 40-50 seconds on Wiggins? What would be the harm in that?
dude he didnt seem to want to wait , he was constantly discussing with wiggins and through his body language we clearly saw he wanted to go. He even made a sign with his hands for wiggins to hurry up . Talking about whos the boss ?Pricey_sky said:Maybe Froome didn't want to and just wanted to stay with Wiggo. Will be interesting to hear what he says tonight.
maxmartin said:both W and F look total idiots on the screen, even W win this tour, it will be said it is gifted by F. I wonder how he is going to feel about it. What a joke!
Pricey_sky said:Come on you beauties! Sky have dropped everyone again. Nibali who?
Dutchsmurf said:Wiggins will feel great about it. Because in 5 years nobody will remember Froome being stronger, but everyone will remember Wiggins winning.

The only bit of that which is relevant to GC is Alberto. His ban and Froome's puncture left us where we are todayaarnold517 said:Well wiggins delivered on the promise shown in 2009. All it took was an aging evans and menchov, a broken bone to schleck the younger, tour-ending crashes to samu and gesink, the greatest grand tour rider of the generation being suspended, and the complete shackling of his teammate who was clearly stronger

Brailsford is boss. And any more of these antics and Froome will be off to Accent Jobs. Another bollocking by Brailsford and Froome will be appearing before the cameras like a chastened little boy once again. This is modern cycling, Sky-style and you obey the team managers.SuperH- said:dude he didnt seem to want to wait , he was constantly discussing with wiggins and through his body language we clearly saw he wanted to go. gooner said:Froome should just get out of this team. Wiggins and the politics within Sky have costed him the Vuelta and now a stage win today. No other top rider would of put up with it. Oh how I would of loved it if Froome did'nt have that bad luck in the frist week.
Cervelo77 said:I don't know about that. It would have been close, but no team wants to deal with two guys attacking one another, and Wiggins is still better in the TTs.
Froome will get his chance, maybe with a new team, and will do well with a parcours with even more decisive climbing.
