As i said they where clearly thinking about Goss for the sprint, BMC had practically their whole team around Cadel so OGRE where not helping Cadel. Yes it might have been a **** move but they where not thinking about the GC.

How exactly do you know this? They said they would help Cadel where possible. This move helped Cadel. I'm not saying that was their sole intention, but I am saying it might have factored. Comprende?

Gesink had to ride on LL Sanchez bike in the last 25km. So he couldn't ride normal. As for his injuries. He didn't feel pain but he had abrasions all over his right side especially. Wait and see.

I think if this weekend turns out to be ****, he'll do the Vuelta.

Except for top-5 GC, Greipel and Cav most likely. Not sure whether he'll take the jersey, so if he doesn't it would also include green and polka-dot jersey...

So like he said he's gained more success than nearly all of the other riders will.

People are complaining about the boredom of the first week and then criticise Sagan who is one of the few to add any excitement to the race so far

BTW WHERE IS VINO????
I would say that he will have more succesful Tour than the KOM winner and possibly Sprint winner if by some ridiculous joke it is not him.
Also unless Cav gets his game up and so too with Greipel I see him winning more stages than both of them.

Same was said about Eric Vanderaerden, but he still ****ed his career up and became a second tier cyclist at age of 25.

He's complaining about all eggs in one basket. Well without Sagan Liquigas would've sucked this year.

We are not talking about a career here.. I can say with assurance that Sagan's Tour would have been succesful if he crashes out tomorow.

I hope the mini interview that just aired cleared up the idea that Greipel was at 100 percent... He did not even plan to sprint.

But did Cadel really need the help? He had almost his whole team so he was fine, Orica were riding for Gossy for the stage, they were riding before the crash, there was only 25km to go so there was no time to sit up and wait.

I don't think there's some big conspiracy going on between Orica and BMC

That's a bit unnecessary, he's not responsible. It was the first Friday last year where he had his big accident resulting in him having to retire.

Accept that they are a slightly pathetic team and stay out of the GC fight? Of course it's not going to happen, but it doesn't mean I don't still think they're being cocks.

Any other team would have done the same in that position.

If he's true to his words he will abandon, and focus on La Vuelta... :(

ps: definite the biggest contender to lose time today

Gerry Ryan mentioned that he would "like" GE to help Cadel in a situation where they could during an interview when if he was asked if GE would look to help their fellow countrymen. That is hardly stating that GE have a strong intention to help Cadel as it was only said as an answer to a question. Also GE had been on the front most of the day so when the crash happened they continued to chase as they had done all day.

Now you are saying that because there was a crash and GE continued to chase down the break as had been the team plan all day that the thought came to any of them that "oh, this will help Cadel so we should work harder"? No of course it would not have its just coincidence that Cadels interests lined up with that of GE. SO stop with the stupid GE conspiracy to help Cadel hate. ANY other team in their situation would have done the exact same thing. The crash was unlucky there is no need to hate on a team because of an ACCIDENT.
