Is this an example of Newton's Third Law of Stage Races, for every exciting stage there will be one that is dull, thus maintaining balance?No_Balls said:What a completly snoozefest! Looked good on paper though.
You started watching cycling yesterday? Its a sprint stgae, they have the in every gt and stage race. Usually in far greater quantity.El Pistolero said:I know it's a GT stage, but I rate this lower than a stage in the Tour of Denmark.![]()

He's probably saving his energy for stages that he has a chance of winning.*G*K*S* said:Wtf is up with Breschel? He was riding good a couple of weeks ago and now nada. Dude is killing me in my fantasy leagues.
I thought I saw Swift being brought up to the front by someone. I think Froome was staying out of trouble until the 3k mark.Waterloo Sunrise said:Crap from Sky, managing to both get their GC rider working, whilst providing their sprinter with 0 help.
Matti is not there to win bunch sprints. He was present on stage 1 because he saw an opportunity but it's not at all an agenda of his.*G*K*S* said:Wtf is up with Breschel? He was riding good a couple of weeks ago and now nada. Dude is killing me in my fantasy leagues.

As predicted no chance, Sky still using the same Cr**y tactics as in the tour. Keep Froome safe up the front until 3km to go and vanish leaving the sprinter to his own devices. All well and good for someone with more experience but up against these sprint trains Swift has no chance.User Guide said:Sky better do a better job of leading out Swifty than the other day.
