Not all fools gamble, do you gamble?

Wiggins_Sideburn said:The Badger is the king.IMO
LaFlorecita said:It is a nickname. And I hope you got the LOTR reference.
The Hitch said:All those fantasy novels youve been reading are not real history you know. Most kings become kings after the previous king passes away which in cycling terms would be retirement.
And its perfectly possible for someone to become king where there was none before. Or do you think there was a king of England for example 65 million years ago.
LaFlorecita said:No he won't. If we're going that way Little Levi was the one who dethroned Alberto. But wait, before that there was Cadel... And before that Andy... And before that Luisle... So who is the king?![]()
Wiggins_Sideburn said:Nickname? Alberto the king contador??? i thought his nickname was el pistolero?
richwagmn said:I guess we'll find out just how good Froome is when he goes head to head against Contador in Vuelta.
Contador will probably be riding into condition during the Vuelta given his lack of racing but I expect that as it goes on, we'll see some 2011 Giro like attacks.
Has anyone seen Froome lauch an AC like attack? Can he climb out of the saddle like AC?
Wiggins_Sideburn said:He could have but held back by the team. Anyway at this vuelta he will teach contador "the king" a lesson and will leave the spaniard crying like a baby.

It's all well and good *****ing at the front and upping the tempo at the end of the stage but it's a whole other game launching continuous sustained attacks. I don't believe his has the courage or the fortitude to do either.
Froome aint Contador![]()
LaFlorecita said:Good to see you don't have your head up the British rider's ****.

Maaaaaaaarten said:In all seriousness though; Uran, and especially Henao, are great talents. I certainly see Henao outperforming Wiggo and Froome in the coming years; but he's stil young and his best GT result is 9th in the Giro. He has to up his game by a lot if he wants to pull a Froome on Froome coming Vuelta.
Wiggins_Sideburn said:You mean to tell me he never cried even when he was a little baby?. Well, there is a first time for anything and if he does not cry his fangirls (how many of you are here?) here will cry
Apollonius said:Haha, I'm more a Schleck fan than anything but nobody can deny Contador is amazingly good - he brings entertainment to races with his style and performance. I'll never have anything against riders who go out and attack over and over![]()
