Froome for the win probably, unless Martin isn't feeling too bad. Rohan Dennis to do well also. Looking forward to seeing how Contador's, Valverde's, and Purito's time trials compare to Froomes.

Apart from the usual suspects- & whether or not Froome & Porte will get minutes over Contador, What is going to be the hot topic about this ITT is "how ridiculously good Valverde performed" -mark my words;)
He won't finish in the top-20. ;) -mark my words.

I voted Porte, he is better at hilly time trials, but this year anything is possible.

I actually think Porte is better in the flat than Froome. Well this year's Porte, he's more of a natural TT'er than Froome and with this year's form...

I know we've not seen Froomes best this season in the ITT and Marin isn't 100%, but if both were in top form does anyone think Froome could trouble the German? I personally don't think so but have a nagging feeling that Froome is going to smash the next few ITT's.

Having said all that I think the leader will hang on to his jersey for now.

Contador can be real good on the flat.

Vuelta 2012 and tour 2009. The first 10 km were flat and he had the first time. Also that crazy prologue in paris-nice '09. IMO that was Contador's best ITT performance

But if he is not in great form he'll suck :p

If Martin is even 95% recovered he should win this. If not i think it is a lot more open than others believe.

For example I could easily see Thomas being the best from Team Sky. I think that Kiwatowski, Chavanel, Clement, Castrovejio are as likely to top 3 as Froome and Porte on a parcours of this nature after only three days racing.

If Tony Martin is not fit enough I have a sneeky feeling for Chavanel for the win.

Oh, guys, you are already in the mix. Ready for the punch. :p I wonder how many Sky boys will be in top-10. Apparently 5. Froome, Richie, Hagen, Thomas and Kiri.

3. Definitely not Kiri, very doubtful EBH, he's been sucking in long TT's for past year or so ( due to lack of specific training I think )

Martin used to be better than Wiggins as well. Things can change. Froome recently discovered the wind tunnel, so that should give him a huge boost.

I think Pinotti could be 2nd best here and therefore might even win if Martin is well below par

Yates thinks Porte will set a better time than Froome. Last year Richie was rather poor in the Dauphiné tt.
