Surprising they'd let a breakaway with Seeldrayers go, particularly such a huge breakaway. Will be hard to catch them. Sky surely won't have many domestiques left going into the last climbs at least.

They are probably thinking that Seeldrayers will be cooked because of yesterday and was happy to let them go

Well, large breakaways tend to be full of passengers, so I assume it will be whittled before they reach the long flatter section of the stage, or it'll likely descend in to backbiting about who is and is not riding.

Well at least we can gather from this that the descent from the Sarenne will possibly be a technical affair judging from these pictures:

JVDB is on anti-biotics, so I doubt he'll do well. De Gendt has no form. Rolland...well, he'll probably win. If he has around 2 minutes on the bottom he should stay away.

de gendt is an enigma, like someone else said. You never know with him

besides there are other strong riders in this break.

2 minutes should be good enough unless froome goes full ***

Yeh, Rolland would have to crash three times to not win the battle of the breakaway. Still only 50/50 whether they make it though, Sky will drive hard once it flattens out and get it around 3 minutes before Noyer.

Very true,Katusha/Movistar may help if they want the stage win,i have a wager on Rolland but its 50/50 the break makes it.

I dunno, Movistar will be hoping Madrazo takes five minutes, Teruel will be driving for him. Katusha yeh, if it's within 2mins they will probably finish it off.

3'55" at the start of Ornon. EBH starting his 50km turn.
