So if Valverde is in a race as the designated leader, Quintana won't even try.
I hope that is not the case in other races

Not quite exactly...

7º Alejandro Valverde 0.08
32º Rui Costa 0.38
44º Andrey Amador 0.53
50º Giovanni Visconti 1.05
59º Nairo Quintana 1.33

Moreno has always put the team first but has always shown he can match with the best so good to see him get his chance today and deliver.

you clearly don't know henao. he won vuelta colombia at age 22, and at age 23 he was already kicking leipheimers *** in utah, all while riding for antioquia

Levi won that race and came in with Henoa on the queen stage.

Great ride by Moreno- Katusha looked very strong.
Gilbert was stronger than last year but should have waited a lot longer.
Who were Astana riding for?

Great win by Moreno. He also really impressed me in the Vuelta. Funny how the last four or five editions of Fleche have been won so easily with a big gaps between first and second. Evans, Rodriguez, Gilbert and Moreno were very easy wins.

all other stages henao beat him and you didn't see it then. henao attacked and paced the entire climb and leipheimer leeched himself. all others were dropped big time.

I know Henao and I'm watching him from the beginning, but I'm just asking if he would have the same results, giving the fact that many riders who left Sky didn't have the same results afterwards? Are you 100% sure that in another team, where he would be the absolute leader, he will be the same rider that he is at Sky? Look at what's happening with the riders from Colombia, great talents, but without results under Corti. You get my point now?

that's corti's fault. henao will have same results when leaving sky unless he goes to corti.

there were actually no gaps at all between the first three when Evans won

Watch it again especially the overhead shot and he eased up on the line. It was easy but not as easy as the other three.

He just said it was his favourite race and he always loved riding there and it suited him and Rodriguez's riding styles. Rodriguez told him to do his own thing on the climb and Moreno said he felt the favourites were paying more attention to Rodriguez which was to his advantage. And of course he admitted to being incredibly happy to win.

Thanks for that. Im really happy for Moreno as he's a very loyal domestique and a rider who doesnt live for the tdf.
