It's possible, but it might depend on other riders failing. Ten points gap to Evans and 20 to Viviani. If Viviani goes point hunting in the MTF stages he could take it, not sure Evans will get the rope to take many points, he's too high up on GC.


Also, Cav needs to finish...

How many minutes does the break need over the climb?

There's still forty km's to go once they go over the top....

They will need at least 5 mins?

Someone's doing some pulling, gap down to 10.35 now.
Going to be tough for the break - but let's see who's together in the bunch after the climb.

Tailwind? Otherwise break going too fast, unsustainable.

break not super strong and hard part is final 50km id fancy they might actually get caught.

A gap like that makes it very easy for a team like Cannondale to send 2 men to the front in the last 50km and finish it off.
