assumign eurosport will put a production together for highlights package, not suprised with santa he has proven excellent if not better than expected so far and bar his weak time trial looks well rounded.

Nibali just been top class super ride again

Being wistful, am sure Evans would have attacked on the Galibier tomorrow, even more so after today's results.

The bad weather has helped make the race so exciting in some ways, but it's starting to ruin it a little now

Santambrogio won right

Your point being? When your buddy was destroying that Giro and he let his mate Tiralongo win the stage would you claim Alberto wasn't owning the race?

He could hardly do anything else given that Santambrogio was in front all the way from the pictures we saw

Nibali attack and santambrogio followed, they both took turns on the front.

Nibali attacked with 1800m to go and was on the front until the red kite. Santa then took a pull for 100m, and after that Nibali did the same. Santa then pulled the last 800m. Nibali rode roughly half the time more beside him than behind. Very impressive by both.

Appararently Majka had to change bike in the beginning of the climb and then put in an effort to get back to the front. Might have cost his something in the end. But good effort.

Santa impresses me

Thats very wishful thinking. Even on his great day on Galibier 2 years ago he didnt attack but pulled at the front and plenty of riders - Rolland Voeckler Frank Schleck, Basso held on the whole climb.

The one stage he dropped Andy it wasnt his attack either but 3 Contador attacks and Evans again held on.
