What has it got do with it? Bus didn't cause the crash for pity sake.

No... but it caused some confusement.
Okay, since it was removed in time and the finish was moved back to the regular spot it wouldn't have made a difference, but if the finish had been at the 3K to go, and Goss had just "happened" to be the first over the new invissible finish line... :p

As for who actually caused the crash; honestly, I can't see it matters that much...

EBH just showed his bike to norweigan TV2. Someone hit him from behind just before the finish and his rear wheel got jammed itself.

First, he was wedged. Second, he did the race a favor. Cav should be ashamed of saying he wanted yellow. He can't defend it, so he can't honor the jersey.

It's just a shame one of his kind ended up winning anyway.

Why should you be ashamed of wanting yellow if you can't defend it all the way to Paris? Basically every rider who wears the jersey in the first week is not going to win GC.
Should Cancellara be ashamed of wanting yellow after a prologue?

What a complete joke by the organisers. The stage should have been announced as neutralised, that 3k finish was ridiculous.

OGE and the organisers fail./

Hope Cav, Sagan, Contador are all ok.

Possible Greipel snapped his chain putting pressure on it to power for the 3k line, and that caused the crash ?

The sprinters must put alot of pressure on their pedals and I'm sure chains could snap under it.

Any news on Quintana? Looked like he got caught up behind the crash but saw a Movistar rider go down pretty hard on the right side

Oh god, please tell me Quintana didn't go down. That would be just horrible. :(

Apparently bus broke timing system of banner. So have to wait a while for the full results.

I think Cavendish is fine as he didn't actually crash, he just got stuck behind everyone who did. Sagan did actually go down and it will be interesting to see how this affects the green jersey competition.

Though I doubt Kittel will actually survive the mountains and make it to Paris anyway, he has a good lead. Kristoff could surprise.
