You would think Valverde would be near the front of the 2nd group to avoid another split.

If Valverde loses time here it will make racing far more interesting from now on. Movistar will be finally forced to do something instead of procession racing to protect his podium placement.

Why is Omega riding so hard anyways? Its not like there is a break to catch... Lame riding by Belkin.

They don't want kittel at the front

And to be fair to bulking, they were helping OPQS befor valvarde punctured

It could make it more interesting for sure. Quintana might get let off the leash

Come on fanboys KEEP ON CRYING :D

Now really we only need Cannondale to take some turns on the front and BOOM. Bye bye Vomistar ;)

This is the GREEN DAY! :D

Just in case you don't know how celebrations work: you celebrate when you win, not when the others lose regardless of who wins.

Save it for Sagan on the sprint.

Really don't want to see Valverde lose time here.

Hopefully the first peloton will back off a bit now that the intermediate sprint point has gone.

This is why the race for the yellow is never over until they reach paris.

If Froome gets a flat tire now, he can lose minutes.

No he wont. Stannard or someone will give him his bike. THen a few minutes later with sky 100% ready to give Froome back his bike

I was actually thinking (even before the piti flat) a mechanical for Froome would be really interesting

they need to watch 'breaking away' and use the same tactical with froome in the ventoux.. ;)
