I'll never understand why teams don't force the strongest rider and his team to work. That's how you win the race! Katusha and BMC just ridiculous.

The strongest rider also has the yellow jersey. They have the unwritten responsibility to ride, yet others are bending over backwards to help them.

Katusha and BMC would get a free ride, yet they choose to do the chasing.

Now don't get me wrong, I don't like this either. I'd much rather have Sky be forced to work on their own and make this tour exciting again, but I understand why Katusha and BMC are doing what they're doing.

They're riding for their own interest, and I can't blame them for that, even though I don't like the result.
