He's underperformed for a while now.

Not in 2014 I guess, but he did ok at the worlds and in the Tour to Mont St Michel. So he's not at his best but I thought he would be allowed to try at least.

I guess I had never really noticed him as a decent TT rider.

Anyway, Nairito looking happy on the start ramp. Now don't crash. He can lose all the time he wants because there's no match for him on the mountains if he's feeling well.
