Brilliant. This Giro delivers.

Obviously Quintana isn't at his best yet, but Aru was fantastic. Pozzo looked bad the whole climb and he was.

Lots of guys need to attack. Awesome racing to come.:)

Great... No grandpa II going to win.
Uran is the man. I´ll bet today if I get around 1:1.8 (or even a little less)
The only way to lose now is him having a crash....

Astana already knew Aru was going to win. THey had a pic ready for him

Complimenti da tutti noi @FabioAru1 @AstanaTeam Good Job

I told you so, i predicted it(Skip Bayless quote). I said Italy will always have a new generation comming they always do when one dies(Basso) their will be one to step up(Aru). Next breakthrough will probably be Cattaneo or Rosa in terms of climbing mountains, hope Aru can podium.

I think Uran, Quintana, Majka, Aru, Evans will be top 5. I wish people would shut up about Evans though, why guys his age are now entering further and further back to the gruppetto, Evans keeps on over achieveing would be nice for him to get props at his age.

Is this the same Fabio Aru that couldn't live with Joe Dombrowski on the big climbs, 2 years ago?

An OK finish, but really not as great as some are making out.
A few kms of action as opposed to the final km and a half.
Single mountain stages are all a bit meh.

Disappointed that Keldermerckx slipped a bit.
Hope it's not a sign of things to come.
