I guess the battle of Frenchmen is the story of this Tour.

This for me. So great to see a strong crop of young French cyclists. Hopefully this is indicative of the levels they can achieve in the future.

Plus with TJCG in the mix we have a strong young(ish) field of real contenders like at the Giro. What a great year for young cyclists.

Yeh it did sound like sour grapes but you can understand it. The tour has been an unmitigated disaster for the Team.

Was hoping he would get asked a question about the ASO but unfortunately not.

Not at the end of this Tour. Nibs will podium the TT and be the best of the GC riders.

Well, in the 2012 TT at the end of the tour, Tejay was 7th and Nibali was 16th. Nibali finished 3rd overall that year, so his form was at least pretty solid.

That seems at least somewhat comparable.
