Nibali is amazing! **** Contador, **** Froome! This man can do anything! If cobbles and crazy descents were part of every GT, he would be the best GC rider bin the world by far.
And Aru's next!

Lotto (Van den Broeck), Garmin (Talansky) and Astana (Nibali)

have 40s on Contador

No idea where Valverde/Van Garderen/Mollema are

I love the cobbles but feel relieved when each section is over and my gc favorites haven't lost contact with main gc candidates.

Contador probably playing it safe now that Froome is out. Frankly, I think Nibali will need to gain a lot of time today to make the race competitive. I hope he does, otherwise the rest of the race risks being a coronation like last year's was (except for Contador rather than Froome).

If they don't hammer it home and make it 2 minutes, I will be so disappointed.

Contador is good but not 2009 untouchable level

He is a few year older whilst his main rivals are young and hungry. It has been a while since Alberto was able to show everyone a clean pair of heels in the mountains. IMO its still game on.

Errm didn't Wiggo with the British TT championship in the wet?

Therefore, he ain't as incompetent as you make out.

Yes he did.And before he set off he asked his Mrs where the nearest casualty department was.

In the absence of Froome, Wiggo, Quintana, Boonen, this edition is always gonna feel a little incomplete.

Bonnen?

Did you heard what he said during his last Tour?

Lotto, Astana, and Garmin all working together. Not good for Contador, great for Nibs.

49 seconds.

Well I think we'll have to agree to disagree here, but I hope you're right ;)

Seems at least Nibali is doing his best to make it true today. If he takes enough time today to make up for (or at least diminish) the gains Contador will make in the TT it will be a very good thing.
