Tony Martin reminds me of the Haussler win in 2009. Rain, Vosges and a beatiful solo win.

Ever given a thought to Europcar bringing Rolland back in contention for a top spot rather than actually chasing Martin down? Maybe they're looking at the overall picture over just a stage win.

If others from the break want to win then they should start chasing Martin on their own.

How was Rolland ever gonna win a stage today in any bunch finish? Of course they were just trying to bring him back into the top 10.

Phil and Paul are horrible.

"De Marchi will be leading the classification because he topped the 1st category climb 1st."

Have they been watching the stage? If they were they would realise Tony Martin topped it first.

I'm face palming at how worse they are getting each year.

That really would be dumb. Rolland already said before the race he was racing for a stage win and not racing for GC (since he already did GC in the Giro) and everything so far suggests he'd be struggling to get in the top 10 so what's the point ?

Pinot is clearly getting clear so he can decend on his own, Sherwen said he was trying to improve his GC position lololololol
