Ever given a thought to Europcar bringing Rolland back in contention for a top spot rather than actually chasing Martin down? Maybe they're looking at the overall picture over just a stage win.

If others from the break want to win then they should start chasing Martin on their own.

How was Rolland ever gonna win a stage today in any bunch finish? Of course they were just trying to bring him back into the top 10.

That really would be dumb. Rolland already said before the race he was racing for a stage win and not racing for GC (since he already did GC in the Giro) and everything so far suggests he'd be struggling to get in the top 10 so what's the point ?

All they are trying to do is move Rolland back up on GC. He's 5 minutes up now.

With giro gc in his legs, i really doubt it. I believe hi is indeed trying to win the stage...
