I cant see Martin blowing on a 5.4% climb the way he's handling this steeper one.

Cool if Purito is targeting GPM. I thought that might be a reasonable possibility as soon as he lost time on stage 2 - a bit like Pellizotti in 2009, riding into form mid-race so losing time early on. Before the Clinic stuff it really seemed like Pellizotti was bringing some honour to the KOM despite that he was only 43rd in the GC, since it was a legitimate GC rider who had lost time due to bad form early on and targeted the GPM.
