Damn, TJVG looks strong. Its just a false flat but still impressive in contrast to the riders around him (3 BMC guys and Howes)
either the tempo up Monarch Mountain (actual climb at 6.5%, not the run-up) will be extremely strong or Rodgers will hold on

nope. Danielson cant ride away. Hermans doesnt have it. Majka just has to go, otherwise its too easy for TJVG. The group is so large....damn headwinds

Busche! Finally somebody really tries

Man, why is Poljanski pulling. 3km away so Rafal has to go. Seems like they are riding just for stage win

I'm quite happy that Majka got beaten by a sprinter like Van Garderen. Also Poljanski and Pires looking really strong. Probably only Pawel has a future with the team and I think he can be a useful mountain domestique even if he doesn't improve enough to be a leader.

I am happy he was able to hang on :D
Yeah, Poljanski is impressive as a domestique, but not sure if he has potential to be more than that.
But TJVG deserves this win. Looks like he targeted this race and is going to destroy competition in TT
