Well he isn't climbing any better than Kwia and he is time trialist much worse than him, and Kwia isn't even a podium contender for the Tour so i would say this is looking pretty bad for him

C'mon, the fail climbs of Algarve mean nothing. Besides, yesterday Kwia went and Costa didn't react, so we can't say Kwia is climbing better than Costa atm.
