He had a choice many times before. Remember giro '12? But no he was too much of a ***** and decided to rely on that stupid 1km sprint.

I studied that km properly. He didn't had much left there. He attacked, but lost time near the end of the top of the Stelvio.

And too much of a something for a prof cyclist. Do it yourself sir.

No, but calling a cyclist a coward, is a good thing too do.

You can be critical, but you should be more critical on the fact they didn't dropped Hesjedal for good on Lago Laceno.

He did made mistakes in the past, but a coward is soo inappropiate when you talking about guys who do everything they can.

Just watched yesterday's final again. Sure Froome was riding at his own pace until maybe 1.5 to go but then he passed like a TGV all the riders in front, he lead the Contador group and then he attacked again leaving Contador struggling on Purito's wheel. Nothing short of amazing and more a proof of brute force, powermeter reading than smart racing. My opinion is if Valverde and the others would have not attacked earlier the outcome would have been the same.

So they are giving the stage to Niemiec if they don't chase.

However Niemeic is either going to lose time on the first climb by climbing slowly so he does not drop the rest of the break or go it alone. They can still bring it all back together if they want to.

He's better off going it alone. There's only about 6km of flat between the climbs.

Niemec was in the break yesterday and got dropped on the first climb by a dozen riders including the likes of Verona, Martinez, Kolobnev and Erviti
