The final climb might not suit Quintana, but if he's well, he WILL attack. In fact, I would take it as a sign of weakness if he doesn't.

You have to really be a one of a kind climber when this is not hard enough for you

Weather sucked too much to use energy on the climb. Sometimes we're excited to see rain to enliven races but it can also dampen the action . . .

So, just above 10 kilometers of the proper climb.
Not that close to 14, and more suited for Froome than Quintana, I'd say.
