Anyone remember that time there was a crash just outside the 3 km banner and they didn't apply the time gaps ? Got a feeling it was Chavanel in the Tour but probably wrong

The gps was at 3.1/3.2 k..

They went past the 3k banner about 25s after the crash, so definitely outside

Good sign though, contador was leading the group so he's not hurt, seems like it.

Sky seems to believe it was inside 3 km, but it was definitely not. Very strange and arrogant behaviour.

And i was so happy contador did the giro so i didn't have to be concerned about the flat stages being crazy.
