The only person he would chase is Aru

If Landa attacks and nobody chases, it's a matter of only a few kms until the gap is big enough to force him to chase

Well in 2011 before all kinds of health issues like every dutch rider he was also really strong in the 3rd week of the Giro. Following Contador attacks on the famous Gardecchia stage etc. He was still very young back then as well.

He's still not more then a very decent rider/climber that in most teams should just be 1 of the final domestiques on a mountain stage.

It's just bad luck for Kruiswijk that a GT isn't 4 weeks

What else are they going to do though now that Cataldo is gone. Send Landa up the road, he has to get 5min on Contador. Contador only has to mark Aru now and if Landa does go just don't let him get that far ahead. Then again they could have sent him on the attack on this climb.

Anybody has a composition of Bertis group? Uran / Richie gone, that is clear, VDB2 seems still there, a sh!tload of Astanas, Berti only with (not Kreuziger) ?, who is the Garmin (Formolo, Hesjedal?), Bananito still there

In the stage where Contador attacked a few hundred meters from the top of a little climb, Anton made sure to counter him.
