Why is Smartstop working at the front with Mccabe and also working in the peloton? I don't get it.

Nice move from Berhane, looks like a chase group of around 18 riders behind.

EDIT: Peloton back together.

Natnael with nice handling. Doing those corners fast and wide as it should be here.

Where is Maarten? He has a soft spot for African riders.

It'd be amazing if Berhane could make it.

Edit: incoming :(

Two in a row for Optum, Michael Woods. Impressive, what a nice hill. This was 100000000x better than Flèche today.

I hate that hill. Great training, but painful.

It's beautiful!

Woods' coming out party. I picked him for the win today (not here unfortunately) A shame he came to cycling so late.

Horner was there when the flatish part came.

Ruben Guerreiro 5th it seems.

Lovely finale.

Well it was as predictable that it would end in hill sprint as Fleche. I dont really see the difference :p

I think Berhane shoulda waited. He could have ridden a good finale with that speed he as going up with

Definitely. He wound up 10th after all that so he was super strong today.

Logan Owen strong again. Kid's got a good future.

Rúben Guerreiro, great day for him! I'll have to watch that final to see how good he's doing. They should be riding for Oram or Hart in Snowbird right?

Also really happy to see Frank Schleck back to some sort shape. It has been an horrific season for him but I'm always hoping he can pull something of in some Italian semi classic like Emillia. Is he riding the Vuelta?
