If Pinot can do this then what can Froome, AC and Lo Squalo do? Unless Pinot has monstrously improved his TT-ing since 2weeks ago.

It’s hard for him, but the wind may help a lot

Rooting for you guys... if I had 250 leave alone 2.500 at stake... well, just being short of a heart-attack. 1-25 odds wins are sweet

You underestimate Pinot's TT ability. He's pretty decent.

15 minutes until Tom Dumolain hits the track with crazy dutch ppl cheering for him.. Dennis has trained for this time trial all season. So when i saw 25 in odds i just had to make a bet. Amazing race anyway.

Are we (US viewers) stuck with little Jens snippets for the entire tour??? :(

The best way to put up with it is to imagine that it is actually Arnie making the comments.

Good luck. All the best. Rooting for both of you. Fingers crossed. Give it to them bookies. :D

Edit: Yes, remember your post very well. It somehow sticked to me...

As good as Dennis is, Tony and Tom ought to be better. Maybe even Alex and Adrian. Hell, I would not be shocked to see the Dawg beat him. He already has the 5th fastest average speed of all time, over 33k, into a headwind.

Pinot's actually not a terrible time trialist compared to the other favorites. If you look at his results from this year he's roughly in the company of Quintana, Contador, and Nibali. Froome is really the only one of these guys who's consistently great against the watch.

FoxxyBrown1111[/url]"]Who was the poster betting 100 $ on Dennis at 1-25? He must be bite nails now.... 2.500 $ at stake
I bet on Dennis, but not 100 $ !!

I was mentioning him yesterday.

One posted he had 100 $... anyway, how his your heart-rate now? :)
Ahahah pretty light, just 10€ for me...

Still 250 $... that is lots of beers. Enjoy your party. Looks good now :) (regarding wind)

In Australia, cash out is a major thing now. I'm thinking of cashing out on Dennis now. I had planned to cash out on him and get the profit, which is currently about 6 times my original stake, or ride it out.

Edit: I'm going to cash out. Profit is better. If he wins, then oh well.

Rogers only +13 at intermediate. Keeps impressing me

I wouldn't mind seeing him take it easy on stages like this. He's got a lot of work to do over the next three weeks.

What on earth is Kirby talking about, "Quintana losing 2 minutes 20 seconds." Is he on drugs?
