Tinkoff sucks. Kreuziger and Contador not willing to make a tempo for Sagan :(

Well at least Dan Martin didn't win. wheew.

Saxo tactically outclassed Sky there. Most of their riders saved energy in the bunch while Sky used several domestiques as well as Froome to do a lot of pulling near the end, for a gain of 0.

I agree Kreuziger should have.

Nibali lost only small gap but still a little bit dissapoining being dropped by quite large group of riders
hopefully next week will be OK

Disgraceful, a horde of riders ditching their own chances trying to force Sagan to chase. It's gotten disgusting already.

Froome looked a little weak there. Great recovery by Contador who finished very strong. Nibbles had a bad day
A top 10 finish on a climb that doesn't suit him yet he looks weak??

Seizing up and a dress rehearsal for tomorrow's finish by the GC contenders, seemed to me.
Interesting performance from Nibali.

Why didn't Kreuziger close the gap for Sagan? And all of the others going to his wheel, willing to lose. Bad luck to them.

Heck, after some thought, Sagan should use this tour to make a stance.

Contador actually tried i think but sagan blocked him, at like 400m and at that point it was already over.

Nibali needs to get better and contador needs to work on that positioning but he looked fine

He seemed very strong leading the front pack but then struggled when guys attacked and didn't couldn't even keep front wheel. Finished a little weak yes, in comparison to guys Like Valverde and Contador who grew as the climb progressed

Froome looked weak?

Nope, he was just making sure none of the other GC contenders escaped off the front ...

On the one hand he’s a little bit justified because he started in the middle of the group and had to gain time in the steep part of the Mur. On the other he lost contact in the flat part of the Mur which is actually a sign of lack of power
