Tejay always looked to be the freshest up that climb yet the only one who didn't attack. Disappointed.
Why would he? He is in 2nd position and has no need to because he will never beat Froome

Let's be real, he would never attack anyways.

And the others will? As I said, he looked to be the freshest. If anyone there was dropping Froome it was him. Not saying he would, but those with smaller chances did try.

This is more like kiss chase with Froome as the playground hunk, and the others bedazzled little girls

He certainly won't beat Froome if he never even tries.

Riding for second= riding for first loser.

I am happy knowing he will have a bad day somewhere a fall back to his rightful place somewhere in the middle of the top 10.

Froome tried to ride away, couldn't do it. Is his shape dropping or is the rain?

Hmmm, if movistar and tinkoff still want to win this, it's maybe not over.
He realized that being too dominant would lead only to doping suspicions

I've been thinking this exact same thing. But each time I do I'm thinking nah, it can't be done. Not whilst Thomas and Porte are in the race.

Thrilled for Purito, for going for it and getting it. But seeing Thomas leading the GC pack this far... I'll leave that alone.

Not realy, froome doesn't care about that. He's badshit crazy, besides he tried to attack so i think he just couldn't do it.

What? Looked to me like he was about to be dropped a couple of times earlier in the climb.

That's fool's gold, Gerry, fool's gold.

Ugh, Thomas.

he rode SO strongly that Pinot is still there.

What do you mean? Pinot is where he belongs. Geraint not quite where expected.

So Purito surely has the form to fight for the polka dots this year! :)

Hopefully. My interest has picked up again now that Rodriguez looks like he's getting his form back.
