I suspect he was trying to nick the bike under the guise of "helping". He looked way along the over-zealous continuum.

A suspicious mind may find it hard to believe someone who likes to promote himself on tv happened to be in the place where a crash occurred.

How is Peter supposed to see the finish line with all these Tinkoff guys in front of him??? This Vuelta is weird Im not used to this strange way of racing.
