Froome is just the best climber in the world. That second attack made Contador blew up in spectacular fashion

Very strong ride from Lil'Richie too, what a rider

I have no idea what I see when I watch Froome. It's just the weirdest style, ofcourse nothing new here, but that sprint vs Porte looks so completely weird. It's as if he's not sprinting, but then I watch Porte behind him going completely bananas and then I watch Froome again and it's just as if he's barely applying any power.

Well worked from Sky there, give Landa the free role and Froome to ride his own tempo before unleashing the attack.

Porte as usual very strong in the week long races.

Great ride from Yatesy to possibly take 3rd?

Froome is the man to beat at TDF. Quintana is the only who can beat him. Contador will battle out with whoever for podium.

Froome just shows who's the best climber atm. Maybe Quintana can challenge him.

Purito good. He will be good in le Tour :)

Well that was pretty emphatic. It's difficult to see the likes of Aru, Contador and Pinot improving their form enough to really challenge in one month. Hopefully Quintana can stop the Tour being another procession.

It's like watching someone on an electric bike, overtaking a cyclist up a hill struggling.

But if Lil'Richie can avoid the bad days... :p

I hate to say it, but that slow-mo of Contador coming over the line reminded me of Lance during his comeback. Just looking old and tired.

I'm not sure how many times Froome has to do his yo-yo bluff before people stop being surprised by it.

Froome vs. Quintana for the Tour.

It does yes, but I didn't want to say so.

What is also worrying me is that TJVG was clearly closer to froome last year than contador this year. Yeah they might have a different build up but bertie usually has quite a good shape in the dauphine.

Oh, and once again an impressive Yo-Yo by froome :D
