The problem is that there is tail wind...if there is cross wind, this will split...

Cannondale takes the prize as the stupidest team of the season. And that says alot in a competition with LottoNL.

Impressive that Etixx could bring Kittel back. He had a 30 seconds disadvantage shortly after the descent and the pace was extremely high.

If you do believe in Italian GPS timing yes.

I think the contrary, this is an important stage for GC although you donbt understand that... in an stage like today you can lost the Giro.

They started very early...the part with crosswind start now, and all the teams are trying to be now on the front

I agree, they should get a prize for the most desperate team as well.

30 seconds with cars in not much...it is about 15 second with the tail of the peloton...

So they pulled on when there was tailwind and now when the crosswind starts they are already tired? Genius

SKY wanst on the front, it was the moment to try something and to make lose Landa 1 minute... but the wind wanst on the best direction.. you play to be directors, but you are not in the race, and you dont know by far the same as Cannondale directors...

So they knew it was a tail wind, but still told them to go hard?

Well, that makes it even worse. They have a lot more information than we do, yet they still have such bad tactics. Actually calling them tactics might even be an overstatement.

God dammit cameraman! I don't want to see if Kittel is suffering, I want to see if he is still in the peloton
ES have no clue about cycling. Kittel just off the back will get back on handily enough.
Guess he never made it?
Well this ruined my plan of just quoting this until the end of the stage!! :p
