Brambilla has this if the break goes. He could've had a top-10 without even going into the break. I'm saying a win by about 20-30 seconds,like Formolo last year or someone from GC (including Ulissi even if I don't think he is a GC rider)

Possible; they have such a weak team that not having the Maglia Rosa may be a blessing. Although, as Laplaz said, they will probably get it back tomorrow.

Just watched the finale, looks like Jalabert backed off at the line, painful to witness. Had he taken the victory that was rightfully his by strength, the harsh but important life lesson would have propelled Dietz to greater heights. Or caused irreparable bitterness. His tt'ing is average at best (this year Pais Vasco TT seems like an exception from this mediocrity). He would need a lot of time to not lose it tomorrow to Dumoulin. Not possible in my opinion.
