Juan Antonio Flecha damn feisty today both before and after the stage. No sympathy from him.

If you are going to letter of law, Froome should be DQd for running. Of course, they didn't do anything to Lance from riding off course.

It was a crash in the last K on a mountain. Can't see them adjusting time even if it wasn't their fault.

Bjarne Riis saying in Danish broadcast, that this is the funniest he has ever seen. God he must hate Froome!

What an utter douchecanoe!

I'm so mad!

In the defence of Riis and for the sake of full disclosure:

Riis started out by saying it was completely unacceptable, a disgrace and something needed to be done. He then proceeded to say that Froome running looked funny.
Riis isn't wrong about that. It looked funny AF, but obviously it wasn't OK.

Without neutralization sky and bmc must retire

That would be pathetic. This is cycling and road incidents happen all the time.

A fan falling because Tour couldn't deal with overcrowding? Well, I don't think so.

Quitting the Tour is obviously not an option.

If tour can't handle overcrowding and safety? All the people came down and tour didnt deal with it.

It is most definitely an option

Epic. Result should stand. Porte losing time to puncture was not fair either.

Punctures are part and parcel of cycle racing. Drunken buffoons are most certainly not.

This is a DISGRACE!

Words fail me.
Yes. We had a good and important race going. Very sad.

My heart is still beating madly.

Wow. Seriously? Stick around a while. Fans affect race outcomes. 99% of you need to relax. Froome rode everyone but Porte, and then Yates came up. There's your podium.

Yes, some chaos but that is to be expected.

so pathetic wheelsucker NQ actually gains time even when he's dropped. bull*hit.
He attacked about three times today - exactly what the fans were asking for. And he clearly burnt himself out as a result. If that's his level, he's no threat to the GC anyway.

Those pictures will become legendary. I'm honest, I also laughed but of course it's absolutely desasterous.
However I think if they don't neutralize the race the upcoming stages would surely get more interesting

Awesome! Now Froome must go full mutant to take the yellow. This is great for the race and will show how fast Froome can actually ride. He can't just take it easy and hang on with the other GC contenders, like he would have done if today hadn't happened. The best thing to happen to this year's Tour.
