Kiry is the easier one to crack.

Nieve, Landa, Thomas, Heano and Poels are a tad harder.

Then after you've beaten all those you'd have to deal with the final boss, Froome.

Before this Tour, Ion was expected to be the strongest Movistar rider after Quintana and Bala.

It's poor.

Pace setting doesn't really effect the Sky train... responding to repeated accelerations and attacks makes them malfunction sometimes.

A healthy 400w train doesn't have to respond to stop and go attackers, it will climb faster on average and thus automatically catch escapees without changing anything.

But if you look how strong Ion is this season. One of the better riders of 2016.

With that in your mind, it's quite disappointing to see him drop when there are still 25 riders left.

wow, penultimate climb, and still so boring that eurosport guys are laughing at various wordplays (Emosson Lake - Emerson Lake and Palmer)... no interest in "great GC battle"

That poor Movi guy in front disappeared, time for Landa, the sixth before Froomey in the Sky mountain train to thin the peloton first.

Reminds me of Mario back in the day. I could never beat all the little dominions and when I finally did I got crushed by the boss. No fun.

A few kilometers the top of the penultimate climb, Eurosport take a ridiculous ad break and it doesn't even feel as though anything will be missed anyway. Maybe one of the carriage's will fall off the sky train, can't see much else happening.

Astana boys have something planned. Don't see why else LLS would bother to try to stay in the favourites group.
