So many crashes. Froome's outstanding descending sees him remain in control when most lesser riders around him falter.

It's amazing how much this Tour has revealed about Froome. Imagine saying this a couple of months ago.

IIRC some people were saying it - It just was fashionable then to descibe him as 'Crash Froome' and 'Like a Robot Pushing a shopping trolley'

Now suddenly he is the best technical rider in the peoloton apparently... If he crashes in the wet today it will be like a revolving door convention.

(I am liking him more too, I am not saying I am not easily convinced too!)

Mollema now. Shaping up to be the worst day for Dutch cycling since SK's crash at the Giro.

And Keldedman completes the Dutch delight. Roads deadly if they've been dry for a long time and then have heavy rain. Go Bardet!

Froome crash is so insignificant. He may not win the stage because of this, that's it

Even Nibali's copying him by crashing at the same time, that's how outstanding a descender he is

As long as no-one gets seriously hurt I kind of like this.

The gaps are small but present. So it's almost every rider for themselves.

No drafting possible.
