scaphoid fracture for Dumolin
Damn. Not much more to say. Hopefully the Hayman approach works for him. It would be devastating if he can't make it to Rio.

i think he'll be there, using a hand protection... IMO, i'm not a doctor

Not sure how technical the course is. As that would obviously be a problem with a broken wrist.

He should be able to alleviated the pressure on his wrist quite well on a TT bike on most parts though (assuming the roads are well maintained), but if it's a serious fracture he's obviously unlikely to be 100%.

Costa isn't winning a stage this year sadly. His constant attempts have been much weaker than everyone else's.

So who are we giving the supercombativity award? De Gendt and Majka have to be up there. Don't suppose any frenchmen would qualify this time around (no, not even Voeckler).

Major Tom abandon... :O

not even a combat prize for France/Spain/Italy?

no stage, no jersey... please, do at least lanterne rouge...

(oops, not gonna happen, Sam Bennett protecting his place by 16 min)

It looks very tough.

I have Phil and Paul. The most excitement so far has been...fretting over Yates not well-placed in the peloton ...ah... and poor Tom D.

Come on bad weather.

That's bad news then. As he'll most likely have decreased mobility in his wrist, which will cost him some time.

Lets hope it's a minor fraction that can heal reasonably well in time for the olympics, and that he doesn't lose his form due to having to recover.
