Not sure how technical the course is. As that would obviously be a problem with a broken wrist.
He should be able to alleviated the pressure on his wrist quite well on a TT bike on most parts though (assuming the roads are well maintained), but if it's a serious fracture he's obviously unlikely to be 100%.
