Dawg on the good side of a split again, I think it emanated from that orica crash though so I'm not sure if they will neutralize

Great sprint by cav although I think greipel was actually stronger.

I think there was a split in the peloton

Tbf Greipel had the perfect position. He still had someone in front of him who was about to accelerate when he decided to go. Cav was just stronger, enough to come around Greipel and take the win

It was a good sprint by Greipel. He pulled himself and Cavendish a mile clear of the rest and was clever enough to sprint at a slight leftward angle, forcing Cavendish to take a long route around. Cavendish was just faster.

Greipel's team seemed really awful in the last kilometers. Boasson Hagen and Renshaw on the other hand were bossing it for Cavendish.

Finish had a 2% gradient, meaning, Kittel was nowhere

Blablabla... he nearly won here:

Today his trains sucked, that's all.

Ain't it funny to see Greipel losing out against Cav twice after he threw away a certain red jersey at the Giro!? :D

Who's to blame for Kittel's poor showing - himself or his team? Also I've seen close photo finishes before but that one had the biggest difference in speed between the two riders - Cav was visibly much faster in the last couple of metres. Fair play to cav because I thought he'd suffer big time today after digging deep at the end of yesterday's stage. I guess 200km piano gave him plenty time to recover. At least we got 10 seconds or so of action...
