Indeed, how the mighty have fallen. No other explanation for helping Movistar to chase down Yates.

It's distressing see him reduced to this level. Let's hope he has good legs to try something

While Movistar's tactics are a bit screwy, they're understandable.
There aren't many long mountains in this Vuelta, if Quintana is going to gain time, it has to be here and on the Aitana.
