Van Garderen off the podium. Utterly gutless rider.

There's a difference between being gutless and just not being good enough, in this case it is the latter.

This! He has plenty of guts, just not quite enough talent!

Feel sorry for Tejay.

Have to say, Froome is the single most annoying and frustrating rider to watch. His horrible style, the washing machine legs, the constant yo-yo-ing...
that's not the question. The real issue is he's right there where you'd prefer to see your rider I think.

I don't personally get why Bertie is trying to win any mtf. all the season should be built solely around the Tour. that's the only aim.

Agree. Kind of harsh to say he doesn't have the guts.

More like cruising at 85-90% in a race he never is in good shape for and still being really, really good.

Actually Froome showed the past years he's a great entertaning rider. And he's a real candidate for the victory in the biggest races.

And Contador? No so these days

Classic LaFlo belittling the riders she doesn't like and not even recognising their performances either.

I see Thomas lost nearly a minute and a half in the end. I know it's been said loads of times before, but what is doing in Cataluña when the big cobbled classics are going on? He'll do well to sneak into the top 10 at the Giro, while he could potentially be winning RVV and PR if he had continued to focus on them.

Yeah, not everybody needs to focus on stage races.
It's not like Sky is lacking (potential) GC riders.

Tend to agree with the term "entertaining" if we talk comedy. Running up Ventoux was better than a whole Mel Brooks movie.

In this shape he can win La Vuelta for sure.

Will he race Pais Vasco? Because Contador is not going to beat him this year, in no single race.

Bala? Yes, he is there. Still has some unfinished business with the race.

That was against Henao. Not Froome, Bala, Quintana...

When you are the only rider out 1000 professionals from continental to pro who rides low gear high cadence it's brutally annoying and you question every thing. Cannot stand the man

I find it most entertaining, particularly when he yoyo's back up to the saviour of all cycling and beats him

Haha, lol.

I find his style amusing in a good way. Clearly the smartest to do on high gradients.

And Sky are suffering as a result - only Rowe (15th) inside the top 50 in E3 today.

"When you are the only rider out 1000 professionals from continental to pro who"... has won 3 of the last 4 Tours, he knows what he's doing.

Had almost forget, how disgusting Froome's yo-yoing looks like, his retirement can't come soon enough. Contador looks unable to sustain the power to keep the gap after the initial acceleration. Thomas was surprisingly week, expected much more of him after T-A.

Poor Froome. You'd think he went round at night magically giving people diabetes from all the salty abuse.
