Dumo's odds have just crashed! Looks like a lot of predictions are gonna be out the window before the start. Hope it doesn't affect him too much otherwise this could be a boring race.
? Almost the same, from 7/4 to 9/4. But Froome odds differ much more, from: 6/4 to 5/2.

I don't think I've ever seen a rider after a crash walking like froome in that video despite being fine. It sucks but I fear he is out

I think he'll lose some time today because of the crash and he'll be more carefull, but he'll probably recover in the upcoming stages.

Those are s**t odds.

It's good having Sean back, telling it like it is! :D

"They're a bit of a pain, these prologues"
"The team presentation, the riders hate that!"

Why? Last year there was no sky train and more chaos and Dumoulin won even with a 2 min time loss due to poop break. It doesn't mean much if sky train is not there

I think he meant that the odds are no longer very interesting if you put money on Dumoulin.
What im trying to say is that the bookies give Dumoulin a bigger chance of winning after the Froome crash.

This. TD has now moved to favourite overall and Froomes odds for this stage you can get 50/1!

What I like about this stage:, lumpy, irregular, parcours, it's the Giro
What I don't like about this stage: Froome, Jerusalem.

Too bad I got to go to work. Well at least I got to see via twitter that Froome crashed and Dennis set up a huge time. Gotta see the rest later today.

Too bad for those crashes, might be full year compromised for Froome if it's serious enough, with the ban pending.
Looked bad, we'll see.

Bit early to say Dennis has won with some big riders still to come. It's not like Cavagna is a world beater

Yeah 33s, but on Cavagna. Not one world class itt-er other than Dennis been on course

@Durden93

My post didn't mention politics. I want the Giro in Italy unless it adds something spectacular (ie it's part of a tough mountain stage). I don't think there's anything radical or political about that view.
