2018 Giro d'Italia stage 11: Assisi – Osimo 156 km

2 flat stages after today so QS will take it easy - expect a high tempo. Could see some GC guys lose some time after yesterdays stage. Dawg has the occasional problems on short steep stuff and Tommy D crashed plus Yates is sole leader with all the pressure. Is it finally time for Pinot to win a stage/gain some time?

A lot wll depend on positioning into the finale. I'm not sure MS are going to be strong enough tomorrow to set Yates up.
Yep, those last 5 km are very tricky

Oh you poor soul. Sorry for corrupting you by referring very briefly to odds in the context of discussion about who will win. Best not mention individual riders either, cause of course that’s a subject for the individual rider threads.
I vote with PopChu

You are both right. Your post was fine and you only mentioned those odds briefly. Popchu is right as well, having to read through pages of whom betted money on which rider and what the odds for these bets are is utterly tedious and belongs in its own thread.

Christopher Clive Froome didn't say a lot yesterday after the finish, and who can blame him given the distance he had to cover.

"It was a very hard stage, everybody was feeling fresh and there was a lot of action at the start of the day.

"But I'm pleased that I was in the front group, and finally the only guy that lost time was Esteban [Chaves]. It was a tough day, and that's racing."

Nice usage of the "full name ultimatum" here. :p
