Remenber stage 7 of the 2015 vulta. Maybe Cousin thought about that when he decided not to help politt.

Barbero, De Gendt or Martens should be the best in this type of finish, should it come to that. I'm pretty sure Alaphilippe has something up his sleeve, though, so Quick-Step will help the chase.
