to be honest, this is about as bad as live timing can get as well

At least they update it. Of course you need to press the "plus" sign. But yeah, it requires a well-functioning scroll capacity

Apparently, they have an intermediate check 400 metres before the finish. That doesn't seem particularly necessary.
