You got to live a little every once a while.
He looks better than on Manghen, that's for sure.bajbar said:Is it just me or does Nibali look... not too good...
So that'a why Nibali is not gonna win. Thank you.Climbing said:Overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer...
Yeah, looks really bad.bajbar said:Is it just me or does Nibali look... not too good...
Sadly I did not. Cataldo and especially Bilbao are disappointing, too. Carretero and Pedrero, on the other hand...RedheadDane said:Kokoso said:Izagirre is really disappointing this Giro. What's wrong with him?
I'd completely forgotten he was in the race...

Yes. Not every stage win is because of great shape. Sometimes average riders win stages.RedheadDane said:Kokoso said:Sadly I did not. Cataldo and especially Bilbao are disappointing, too. The guys who won stages are disappointing?
This has been raised in the Sosa topic. But i think maybe our expectations are being twisted, just because other young riders have made the jump to WT and have impressed immediately, doesn't mean that is (or should be) the norm. He's still just 21.Pharazon said:Ivan Sosa has disappointed me. i know he's young and everything, but he's been pretty anonymous
Yep, at age of 21 this is greatJosephK said:Sivakov's future looks very bright. Win at Tour of the Alps and now a likely top 10 at the Giro in his debut.
Well, you can't expect them to say he's rubbish.ice&fire said:RAI is reporting that according to Bahrain DS NIbali chose not to follow Lopez acceleration in Manghen, but he's ok.

Still hope everything is not lost. Big effort too soon in the stage, better guys at this, very high level. From Fred Portoleau: 6.3W/kg for the last 5km Manghen for Lopez/Cara/Landa, 6.1 for Nibs/Roglic with 120 km to go.Climbing said:Yeah, looks really bad.bajbar said:Is it just me or does Nibali look... not too good...
Not in the commentating box, apparently.fuiers said:Looks like things have calmed down a bit since I last had some info.
