If teams like Ineos and Sunweb have their main GC guys out (Froome/Dumoulin who may not be able to ride and a battered Geraint) they won't be as big favourites as usual though, mainly because Froome and Dumoulin are the engines for both their teams in a TTT. Depending on Mitchelton's squad I'd put them as favourites, with Jumbo 2nd, then teams such as Quickstep (they have quality riders but no huge engine such as Terpstra or Martin like in previous years), Ineos and Sunweb in a tier below them.
