Chris Froome is in 2008 - 2010 form it seems

He is timing his peak for La Grande Boucle. It's a Sky thang.

Of course he is. I seriously don't believe any of Froome's results outside of a GT matter one iota.
like Lance

Not quite, Froome's won a lot more stage races than Armstrong, more than Dumoulin too for example.

Did Antonio Nibali seriously get dropped on a descent.
He'll never be able to show his face at a family dinner again.
Still better than Moreno Moser at a family dinner.
Why does he even continue to ride as a pro if he has no motivation whatsoever? DNF yesterday and absolutely horrible form all season, even against weak opposition like in Tour of Taiwan. And I wasted 150 points on him for my CQ-team

That hurts :(

Bahrein does the only thing that makes sense considering how weak they are compared to Astana and Sky: send a rider in the break.

Sorry, I know how you're feeling when it comes to him.
I just had to think about Francesco and Gibo making fun of him at a family dinner.

Seeing Gesbert descending on the top tube made me consider this:

Is it really as dangerous as some people say? Have we ever seen anybody lose control of it? I don't even find it particularly difficult myself and cannot really attest to the alleged total loss of control from descending in that position. It's not like it takes a long time to remove yourself from the position.

I really think that people are just disliking it because it's aesthetically displeasing.

I know its a team sport, but a 6 time Grand Tour winner pulling for a couple of 21/24 year olds is still pretty impressive.

Small group, where are the others?

Got dropped when Majka and Nibali attacked and Froome chased them down twice.

Big fail by AG2R who spent a long time on the front until a few k’s ago.
