SBS have it live on their streaming serviceES have the TV rights for some countries, even if they don't actually show them.
Fortunately the UCI have a live stream on Youtube for places where no broadcaster has the rights - which is odd as in Australia, SBS have the rights, and Live coverage has yet to start, but UCI has been live on all races so far.

UCI Live Feed suggesting that when they get to the Laps, that no Moto views will be available for about an hour as the Relay aircraft needs to refuel. So just fixed camera shots for about an hour. Evidently a helicopter was supposed to be involved too, but hasnt been able to take off due weather.
At least they aren't jostling for position, there's also been some crashes further back.This pulling from Australia/Dennis doesn't help them at all.
It's like they are shooting a Holywood movie for the first time somewhere in a banana republic and the local boss hasn't been bribed yet.
