Looked like a really nasty crash - from the looks of it he seemed to have lost control on a patch of gravel/bad road surface.

I think the one 'lucky' thing was that he was still clipped in and the momentum of the bike meant that he kept flipping/rotating and the head impact wasn't as bad as it could've been if he landed on it without the bike. Nonetheless good to see he wasn't allowed back on the bike.
