Minimal difference between Ganna and Remco. I don't know if the even faster 2nd part helps Ganna, the higher the speed the more important aerodynamics become.
Guys like Ganna and Van Aert would probably gain more time on the smaller guys in a TT that was a constant 2-3% uphill drag, the speed would be lower, so raw power would probably become more important than aerodynamics.

I think Ganna gains most over Evenepoel in the most technical sections, especially at high speed.
